The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No.394 of 2025 (N) dated 27.07.2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.130 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 21(a), 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that 3.31 grams of brown sugar was recovered from the possession of Syed Moazzam Shah @ Faridh Shah and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of Syed 2026:JHHC:943 --2-- B.A. No. 11270 of 2025 Moazzam Shah @ Faridh Shah. He further submits that same allegation is made against two other accused persons and they have been granted regular bail in B.A. No.8657 of 2025 and 9794 of 2025. He then submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of supplying of brown sugar by the petitioner. 5. Considering that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.As. and the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum- Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
