Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to surrender and execute sureties pursuant to the anticipatory bail order dated 04.03.2026 in Crl.OP.No.5465 of 2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered. 4. At this Juncture, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, while passing the order dated 04.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5465 of 2026, the crime number mentioned at Para No.4 was erroneously mentioned as ‘Crime No.60 of 2025’ instead of ‘Crime No.60 of 2026’ due to an inadvertent typographical error. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also confirms that the correct crime number is ‘Crime No.60 of 2026’. 5. Accordingly, the Paragraph No.4 in the order dated 04.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5465 of 2026, is corrected by substituting ‘Crime No.60 of 2026’ in the place of ‘Crime No.60 of 2025’. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 7016 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.
