Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. From the aforesaid prayer made by the petitioner, this Court finds that this writ petition is in the nature of “Public Interest Litigation”. 4. The petitioner is alleging irregularities and illegalities committed by the respondents while running the Schemes of the Government. 5. The relief which the petitioner seeks, cannot be granted in this writ petition, thus I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 6. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation Writ Petition, or to approach the appropriate Authority, if at all he wants. 7.
