THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO PERMIT THE PETITIONER TO WRITE THE 7TH SEMESTER EXAMINATION. DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO PERMIT THE PETITIONER TO BE PROMOTED TO THE 5TH YEAR LLB.

ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs : (i) To direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the 7th semester examination. (ii) direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to be promoted to the 5th year LLB.”
2. This Court, vide order dated 19.01.2026, permitted the petitioner to write VII Semester Examination.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that despite the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner did not appear

for the VII Semester Examination. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner is having only 58% of attendance and hence, the petitioner is not qualified for the examination or the next semester.
4. Submission is placed on record.
5. In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner and the compliance of the interim order granted by this Court by respondent No.2, nothing survives for
consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of having rendered infructuous.
6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
