2. This application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is preferred praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicants in connection with Golakganj P.S. Case No. 69/2026 registered under Sections 303(2)/317(2)/318(4)/3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 05.06.2026, has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicants with a direction to the accused-applicants to appear before the I.O. within a period of 10 days.
4. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge- sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 164/2026, dated 12.08.2026.
5. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the accused- applicants submits that liberty should be granted to the accused-applicants to appear before the jurisdictional Court.
6. Accordingly, this instant AB stands disposed of with liberty to the accused- applicants to appear before the jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 days from today, if so advised.
7. Till then, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused-applicants, vide
order dated 05.06.2026, shall be extended.
