As per the applicant, his name was inadvertently mentioned as Sunil Kumar in the array of parties, however the same has now been corrected as Sita Ram vide order dated 02.07.2025, passed by learned Tribunal below. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant. No reply to the application is intended to be filed and learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed, as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the same has attained finality.
