1. This bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 301/2023 registered at Police Station Neem Ka Thana(Sikar), District Sikar for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature. He further submits that the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate. He further submits that a compromise has been
[2026:RJ-JP:14618] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2238/2026] arrived between the parties, therefore, prays that the accused- petitioners may be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused- petitioners hereinabove. Further, learned counsel for the complainant concurs with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner that a compromise has been arrived between the parties and that he has no objection to the present bail application.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature; compromise has been arrived between the parties; the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioners.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of Pooran Singh S/o Ganpat Singh, Kalu Singh S/o Ganpat Singh and Prabhu Singh S/o Ganpat Singh, they shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station in FIR No. 301/2023 on the following conditions:-
[2026:RJ-JP:14618] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2238/2026] (i) that the petitioners shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and; (iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
