Mr. Leo N., learned counsel for MC petitioners is before this Court. A careful perusal of the MC petition brings to light that it is only a case of typographical errors and the amendments sought to be made are completely innocuous as they pertain to description of parties qua which errors have crept in. Therefore notice to respondents in captioned MC is not necessary, more so as the main CRP is now at the notice stage. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned MC is allowed and ordered as prayed for. Learned counsel for MC petitioners who are the revision petitioners shall file recast petition by next listing of main CRP. Captioned MC ordered as above. There shall be no order as to costs.
