Since this Court in the judgment dated 08.01.2026, passed in CWP No.643 of 2026, titled, Ram Kishan and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., had only given the direction to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners (Annexures P-3 & P-4 colly) in light of Mohit Sharma (supra), nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
