Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks an adjournment on the ground that in terms with the last order, the prosecutrix was chief-examined on 11.07.2026 and her cross-examination is pending. Learned counsel for prosecutrix submits that trial was preponed and the prosecutrix was cross- examined on 09.07.2026, 10.07.2026, 13.07.2026, 20.07.2026, 24.07.2026 and now the further cross-examination is listed on 01.08.2026.
