Learned advocate also states that the subject-matter of the case relates to alleged recovery of 30 bottles of Choco codeine mixture. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the quantum of seizure and the period of detention of the present petitioner. Having considered the same, I am of the view that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed. 2 Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Rajkumar Mandal @ Bhodal Mandal shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act-cum-Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Malda. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date of the trial so fixed by the learned trial court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Malda without prior intimation to the learned Special Court.
