The petitioner is an accused in connection with MCA No.208 of 2026 arising out of Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.18 of 2026. It has been alleged that the house of the petitioner was raided and a mobile with SIM, debit card and cash were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 25.03.2026. It appears that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent of similar nature but regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with MCA No.208 of 2026 arising out of Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.18 of 2026 subject to the condition that he shall appear before the learned trial court physically on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by any sufficient cause.
