This application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is preferred praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in apprehension of lodging an FIR before the Mushalpur Police Station by one Anusmita Talukdar. 3. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 24.07.2026, had called for a report from the Mushalpur Police Station as to whether any case has been registered against the accused-applicant. 4. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits on instructions that no case has been registered against the accused applicant in the Mushalpur Police Station. 5.
