The complainant/petitioner has filed this petition for extension of time for compliance of order passed by this Court. 4. Vide order dated 10.09.2025 passed in ACQA No. 681/2024, the appeal was disposed of in light of decision of the Supreme Court rendered in M/s. Celestium Financial Vs. A. Gnanasekaran Etc. reported in 2025 INSC 804 and the petitioner was directed to file an appeal within a period of 60 days from 10.09.2025 before the appropriate Court which was not complied with. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent bona fide mistake and communication gap between the party and counsel, the Petitioner has failed to comply with the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025; he further submits that now the petitioner is in contact with him; therefore, it is requested that the application may be allowed and 30 days’ further time may be granted for compliance with the said order. 6. In view of above submission, the CRMP is allowed and the Petitioner is granted 30 days’ further time from today to file an appeal before the appropriate Court. 7.
