The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bagdahari P.S. Case No. 03/2026 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 10 of 2026. The daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner for the purpose of marriage. It appears that the victim and her mother have been examined as P.W.1 and P.W.2 and they have supported the allegation that the petitioner had established physical relationship with the victim.
