It emanated from one complaint made by one Aprna Adhiraj Puri which had been sent to PMO (Prime Minister’s Officer). Such complaint was transmitted to the concerned Investigating Agency. 2. Admittedly, such complaint was, eventually, found to be fictitious in nature. This is a digitally signed order. Sri Rahul Tyagi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State submits that they have already made their best efforts but have not been able to reach the source of the abovesaid complaint. He submits that though the complaint in question has already been closed, if petitioner has some clue about the person who has come up with the alleged false complaint against him, they would, certainly, investigate the matter. 4. In view of the above, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for any further relief in the matter. 5. The petitioner is, accordingly, disposed of, as not pressed.
