Perusal of the record reveals that vide order No.02 dated 10.03.2026, due an apparent printing error, in the first para and in the concluding para, the P.S. Case No. has wrongly been mentioned as "Birni P.S. Case No. 277 of 2026" instead of the correct P.S. Case No. being "Birni P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025”. Perusal of the record further reveals that in paragraph 3 of the said order dated 10.03.2026 in this case, due to printing error, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has been in custody since 17.10.2026 instead of the correct date being 17.10.2025 as has been mentioned in para - 12 of the said bail application. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order No.02 dated 10.03.2026, passed in this B.A No. 1129 of 2026 is modified to the extent that in the first para and concluding para, the P.S. Case Number be read as "Birni P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025" instead of "Birni PS. Case No. 277 of 2026" and in the 3rd paragraph of the said order dated 10.03.2026, the date of custody of the petitioner be read as '17.10.2025' as has been mentioned in para 12 of the said bail application instead of wrongly mentioned date '17.10.2026' and this order be treated as part of the order No.02 dated 10.03.2026 passed in B.A. No. 1129 of 2026.
