DATE :
OCTOBER 01, 2026. This is an application seeking relaxation of condition no.(ii) incorporated in the order dated 25.06.2026 passed in Criminal Application No.533/2026, which reads as under :
“(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 2nd July 2026 and 3rd July 2026 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm till filing of the charge-sheet and cooperate in the investigation.” Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:13063
Order 2 011026appp3090.26
2. In view of this condition the applicant was to attend the concerned Police Station till the filing of the charge sheet. Now, the learned A.P.P. on instructions states that charge sheet is filed in the month of May, 2026. This fact was not brought to the notice of the Court at the time of passing of the order, and therefore, the said condition came to be imposed. Be that as it may, considering the fact that now charge sheet is filed, the said condition has become redundant. Hence, the application does not survive and is disposed of as such. JUDGE
