The same is taken on record. 2. Mohit Sharma. 3. Since this Court in the judgment dated 03.12.2025, passed in CWP No.18913 of 2025, titled, Mukesh and Anr. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., had only given the direction to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners (Annexure P-4 colly) in light of Mohit Sharma & Deepika Kumari’s case, recorded in the judgment, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
