Since this Court in the judgment dated 20.12.2025, passed in CWP No.20063 of 2025, titled, Suman lata and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr., had only given the direction to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners (Annexures P-1 colly) in light of Mohit Sharma (supra), nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
