This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Jugsalai PS Case No.97 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamshedpur. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that on secret information, the police party has raided the place in question wherefrom the petitioner has been recovered and one country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. She further submits that in the -2- seizure list, no independent witness has witnessed on said seizure list and only the police personnel are the witnesses to the said seizure list. She next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2025. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that recovery is there from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering that on secret information the said raid was made and in the seizure list, there was no independent witness and only the police personnel have witnessed on the said seizure list and the petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai PS Case No.97 of 2025.
