The grievance of the petitioner is that despite observations made by this Court in W.P.No.5999/2022 which was disposed of along with other writ petitions on 23.04.2024, that the petitioner is entitled to seek further grant if he is eligible under the ex-serviceman quota, the representations given by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents. 3. However the learned AGA has furnished copy of an endorsement dated 14.01.2026 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Dakshina Kannada District and endorsement dated 26.03.2026 issued by the Tahsildar, Belthangadi Taluk pursuant to the orders passed by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20526 WP No. 8993 of 2026 Deputy Commissioner rejecting the further claim made by the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to raise a challenge to the subsequent endorsement issued by the Deputy Commissioner and the Tahsildar. 5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise a challenge to the endorsements issued by the Deputy Commissioner and the Tahsildar.
