The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 200/2025 of Police Station Mayapuri for offence under Section 309(2)/311/317(2)/3(5) BNS. 2. In furtherance of the last order, status report was filed enlisting 08 involvements of the accused/applicant in similar offences, out of which in one he stands convicted. Further, in terms with last order the Investigating Officer has also filed google links of six CCTV clips including the one at the ATM, which depicts the complainant de facto drawing Rs.1,000/- from ATM and handing over the money to the present accused/applicant and thereafter the accused/applicant going away on the scooty. 3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court This is a digitally signed order.
