Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2. In spite of service, the School Authority is not represented. 3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject English (Honours/PG) at Kotgachh High School (H.S.), Uttar Dinajpur. 4. The petitioner has made an application for transfer on own seeking on distance ground. 5. The said application is pending. 6. The respondent no. 6 is directed to consider such application and if satisfied, shall issue the requisite ‘No Objection Certificate’ and forward the same to the respondent no. 5 by 15.04.2026. 7. If the application is allowed, the School Authority will take all consequential steps to expedite the matter. 8. The suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 9. With these aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 10. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 11.
