Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present FIR arises out of an inter se dispute between the partners of a partnership firm, who had been carrying on business together since the year 2017. It is submitted that disputes arose between the partners in the year 2021, following which allegations were made that the petitioner, along with the other co-accused persons, had issued certain cheques and diverted the funds of the partnership firm. 3. Learned counsel further submits that two of the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated This is a digitally signed order. Per contra, learned APP for the State opposes the present application and submits that the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature and that his custodial interrogation is necessary for a fair and effective investigation. 5. This Court has considered the rival submissions. 6. It is pertinent to note that the present FIR was registered in the year 2024 in respect of transactions alleged to have taken place during the period from July, 2021 to July, 2023. It is also not in dispute that two of the co- accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.09.2025. Prima facie, the dispute appears to arise out of business transactions between the partners of the firm. 7. In the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the nature of the dispute and the principle of parity, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail. 8. Accordingly, it is directed that, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions: i) The Petitioner shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the Police. ii) The Petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iii) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the concerned I.O/SHO.
