Case No. 119/2025. It has been alleged that 1.066 Kg. of opium was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovered quantity is less than the commercial quantity. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.10.2025. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
