Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that during pendency of this writ petition, petitioner retired from service after attaining age of superannuation and therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. He, however, submits that one appeal filed by respondent No.3 is pending consideration before the Cooperative Tribunal, therefore, a direction be issued to the Cooperative Tribunal to decide the same at the earliest. 2. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
