Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2. Application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 10350/2026 3. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: “A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to immediately restore the Petitioner's Instagram accounts "@itsriddhi_417" and "@its_riddhi0417" as well as her Facebook account with username “Riddhima Sharma” with all associated content, data, and follower networks; B. Declare the impugned action of arbitrary and non-speaking disablement as illegal and violative of the principles of natural justice, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and Articles 14, 19(1)(a) and 21 of the Constitution of India and quash them.” This is a digitally signed order. Issue notice. The learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1/UOI. The learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has not yet approached the Grievance Officer in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall first avail of the aforesaid remedy and approach the Grievance Officer in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. 7. In view of the aforesaid, no further order is required to be passed. The competent authority/Grievance Officer concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law, after following the prescribed procedure, and communicate the outcome to the petitioner. 8. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 9. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. 10.
