In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court, Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for opposite party, has filed affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record. Placing reliance upon the aforesaid affidavit, Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for opposite party submits that the order passed by the writ Court has been duly complied with in its letter and spirit. A copy of the order dated 01.10.2026 has been handed over to learned counsel for the applicant in Court. Learned counsel for the applicant(s) does not dispute the aforesaid position and submits that he has no grievance with regard to compliance of the order. In view of the aforesaid admitted position, nothing further survives for consideration in the present contempt proceedings. Consequently, no cause of action survives.
