Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 39/2024, registered under Sections 387, 120-B of IPC and section 27 of Arms Act, now pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner is alleged to be working for Aman Sahu gang since 2019 and as many as 10 criminal cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner. She submits that the petitioner allegedly threatens the people and out of fear, ransom amount is paid. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has as many as 10 criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected. 6.
