Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the transfer and posting of petitioner from Government Primary School, Prabhat Chowk (Bilha) to Government Primary School, Rahatator (Masturi), petitioner has submitted an application before District Education Officer, who is also the Chairman of District Level Committee, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 2. Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties without entering into merits on the claim of petitioner this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation dated 02.01.2026 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
