That respondents specifically respondent No 4 may kindly be directed to forward the family pension case of petitioner to the office of respondent No5 as per memorandum dated 22-02-2022 and as per letter dated 7th June, 2024. b. That thereafter respondent no 5 may kindly be directed to settle the family pension case of petitioner and entire arrears of pension (after deducting NPS Contribution of Government), be disbursed to petitioner along with interest @9%.” 2. In the reply filed by the respondents, inter alia, the stand that has been taken that the pension case of the petitioner was not sent to the Office of the Accountant General as the petitioner has not deposited the Government share of Rs.4,78,665/- 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:11402 in terms of Notification dated 04.05.2023. 3.
