THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA
WRIT PETITION NO: 12088 of 2026 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Karunakar, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was redressed by the respondents. Hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and the matter becomes infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
