Heard Mr. B.K. Sen, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. C. Goswami, the learned counsel for the caveator. 2. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 01.07.2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) No.1, Darrang, Mangaldai Title Execution Case No.08/1994. 3. The petitioners are the judgment debtors in the aforesaid case. They filed a petition under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure raising some objections. In the said proceeding, the trial court had passed the impugned order. 4. Today, Mr. C. Goswami has submitted that after passing of the impugned order, the trial court had passed another order on 29.08.2026 and this order has not been challenged in this revision petition. 5.
I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 6. The order dated 29.08.2026 is a continuation of the impugned order. Therefore, the petitioners have to challenge the latest order i.e. the order dated 29.08.2026. 7. Therefore, instead of challenging the order dated 01.07.2026, the petitioners are advised to challenge the latest order i.e. the order 29.08.2026.
