Sahani, Advocate For the State : Mr. Suresh Kumar, Advocate ------ 03/ 26.03.2026: By filing this writ application, the petitioner prays for quashing the part of District Order No.1853 of 2015 (Annexure-2) issued under Memo No.2786 dated 17.09.2015, whereby the period from 27.09.2001 to 15.09.2015 has been treated as extraordinary leave. 2. During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been reinstated in service but in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.2644 of 2004 the consequential benefits has not yet been extended to him. 3. After hearing the parties, I find that the petitioner was earlier dismissed from service, thereafter, he approached this Court in W.P.(S) No.2644 of 2004. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, after hearing the parties, was pleased to set aside the order of dismissal and the appellate order. Further, it was ordered that the respondents should reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits admissible in law. 4. Since as per the petitioner the consequential benefit has not yet been paid to him, I direct the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent No.-2- Superintendent of Police, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa, who will consider the case of the petitioner and ensure that all the consequential benefits considering the earlier order of this Court, are disbursed to the petitioner. The details of each consequential benefits, which has been granted to petitioner, will be communicated to him. 5. It is expected that entire process should be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
