Vashistha, APP …...... 02 /12.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as she is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The petitioner was apprehended while transporting ganja in a pick-up vehicle along with others. So far as the petitioner is concerned, 5 kg of ganja was recovered from her possession. 5. Since the petitioner was found transporting 5 kg of ganja, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with NDPS Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Bahragora PS Case No. 73 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Ghatshila stands rejected. 6.
