1. This common Order shall govern the disposal of the two connected Writ Petitions filed by the Petitioner.
2. Certain goods alleged to be prohibited, namely obscene goods, were detained by the Customs Authorities on the ground that the said goods were prohibited for import and that the Petitioner had made a misdeclaration in respect thereof.

4. The Respondents have filed their Counter Affidavit, wherein the nature of the detained goods has been disclosed.
5. According to the Respondents, the detained goods fall within the category of assorted adult sex toys, accessories and other obscene items.
6. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to conclude the pending adjudication proceedings within a period of three months from the date of this Order.
