The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P/1) and 2 authorities be further directed to release the payments (time bound pay scale and promotional pay) to the petitioner within the stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon’ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation claiming second time pay-scale before the Respondent No. 4 and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 4. to take decision on the pending representation within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. On due consideration on the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised and further, the fact that the petitioner has submitted representation before the Respondent No. 4 only and not before the Respondent No. 2, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Respondents No. 2 & 3 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the representation to be submitted by the petitioner within a further period of 03 months from the date of submission of representation. 6.
