ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents No 2 to 4 to provide Police aid to the Petitioner for protecting himself and his land extent

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks a direction to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to provide police aid to the petitioner for protecting himself and his land admeasuring Ac.11-99 cents in Sy.No.84, Ac.2-38 cents in Sy.No.82/14B, Ac.6-94 cents in Sy.No.79-15, Ac.1-45 cents in Sy.No.79-12B, Ac.4-05 cents in Sy.No.79-11, Ac.1-65 cents in Sy.No.79-1, and Ac.5-18 cents in Sy.No.83 of Addasaram Village, Rolugunta Mandal, Anakapalli District, from Respondent Nos.5 to 15. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy by way of filing a civil suit. It is further submitted that no civil suit has been filed by the petitioner against the unofficial respondents seeking the relief of injunction. 5. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, requiring the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief. On filing of such suit, the learned

Civil Court concerned shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
