The terms and conditions of the settlement have duly been mentioned in the compromise deed. The parties to the lis are bound by their statements. 2 3. The contents of the application, as well as, the compromise be read as part of the order. The parties are directed to place the copy of the application, as well as, the compromise deed, before the learned Rent Controller.
