JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 05/08/2026 1. With the consent of counsel for both parties, writ petition has been heard finally on merits. 2. The case of petitioners is that petitioners have finally been selected as Medical Officer (Haryana Civil Medical Services Group- A) in the Health Department of Haryana Government, hence, as per the order of State Government dated 01.12.2025, petitioners be exempted to abide by the conditions of service bond and original documents with NOC be directed to be issued by the respondents to petitioners to join their services in the State of [2026:RJ-JP:30534] (3 of 3) [CW-9694/2026] Haryana. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents does not dispute the prayer made by and on behalf of petitioners in the light of order dated 01.12.2025 since petitioners have got selected as Medical Officers in the Haryana Government. 4. In view of above, instant writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondents to release the original documents and issue NOC to petitioners forthwith, in order to join on the post of Medical Officer in the State of Haryana and respondents shall not insist the petitioners to abide by the conditions of service bond. 5.
