(1) 925- C. P. 322-2023.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD CONT. PETITION NO. 322 OF 2023 IN WP/11604/2021 TRIMURTI PAWAN PRATISHTHAN THR ITS SECRETARY MR. MANISH ANNASAHEB GHADGEPATIL ….Petitioner VERSUS THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS …..Respondents ….. Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr. Anand P. Bhandari AGP for Respondents: Mr. R. D. Raut ...... CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, & VAISHALI PATIL-JADHAV, J.J. DATED : SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 ORDER:- 1. Heard. 2. The record shows that as per the direction of this Court, respondent No.4 has passed order in respect of final show cause notice dated 24.12.2020, which can be seen at page No. 67 of the petition. However, it is the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order cannot be said to be a reasoned order. However, as per the order under contempt, in paragraph No.8, the liberty is already granted to the petitioner to seek redressal of its grievance, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by respondent No.4 pursuant to final show cause notice dated 24.12.2020. (2) 925- C. P. 322-2023.odt 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner intends to challenge this order as per the liberty given since no reasons are assigned in the order passed by respondent No.4 in the aforesaid order. 4. Under such circumstances, with the liberty as aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. (VAISHALI PATIL-JADHAV) (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE JUDGE YSK/
