The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No. 28/2025, for the offences under sections 334(1) /305(e) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of co-accused Israil Ansari and Ali Mohammad. He further submits that the alleged iron articles have been recovered from the possession of co-accused Shubham Kumar, who runs the scrap shop. He further submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent, in which he has been granted regular bail and one other co-accused has also been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.141 of 2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on 2026:JHHC:5369 2 confessional statement of co-accused and the stolen articles have been recovered from the shop of one Shubham Kumar and one co- accused in identical situation has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.141 of 2026, in that view of the matter, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and condition and sureties, the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
