1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased
to
issue
appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and relieve the petitioner and to join the transfer place of posting within a period of 10 days vide transfer order dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case along with the cost of the petition.” PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that looking to the medical ailment of son of petitioner, petitioner submitted an application for his transfer to district Durg so as to provide better treatment to his son. Application submitted by petitioner was considered and petitioner was also transferred. However, in the transfer order due to some typographical mistake place of transfer has been erroneously mentioned and therefore petitioner has not been relieved. He submits that respondents be directed to make necessary correction in the transfer order of petitioner at the earliest and relieve him.
3. Learned State counsel submits that she has sought instruction and according to her instructions, steps have been taken for making necessary correction in the order of transfer of petitioner and prays for short time.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to take necessary steps and make necessary correction in the order of transfer of petitioner of description of transferred place, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
5. After making necessary correction, petitioner shall be relieved thereafter at the earliest.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
