Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of police, Nadendla Police Station, stating that the police after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet and thereafter the main Case, i.e., C.C. No.566 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chilakaluripet, ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 14.11.2025. 3.
