After some arguments, Mr. Prashant Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file afresh, if a comprehensive settlement is reached between the other victims and the accused. 3. The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
