The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.11.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.19585/2022 (KLR-RES). In terms, of the said order, the learned Single Judge had recorded the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that he would instruct his clients, particularly, the Assistant Commissioner to hear and dispose off the remand in accordance with law in a time bound manner. The Court had further granted three months time for compliance. 2. Pursuant to the said order, the Assistant Commissioner has passed an order dated 08.11.2025 holding that the complainant is - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16151-DB CCC No. 1225 of 2025 ineligible for grant of the regularisation of the land under Section 94A of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 3. In view of the above, we are not persuaded to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court are required to be initiated.
