1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities specifically Respondent No. 3 to decide the pending representation dated 06.04.2025 (Annexure P/9). 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 to correct the
2 seniority list and the name of petitioner be included in the seniority list and the respondent be directed to convene review DPC to promote to the post of Deputy Ranger from the date juniors were promoted i.e. 01.01.2026 (Annexure P/11). 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by the respondent authorities on administrative ground, petitioner who is working in circle Sarguja is transferred to circle Raipur. Petitioner pursuant to the order of his transfer had joined the place of posting by transfer and thereafter, had submitted an application for placing him at appropriate place at the gradation list, however, the same was not considered on the ground that the gradation list was prepared as on 02.04.2025 and petitioner had joined the services at circle Raipur only on
01.08.2025. He contended that thereafter, petitioner has again submitted representation before the Respondent No. 3 which is pending
consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation in accordance with law,
3 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
