JUSTICE NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA O R D E R % 27.07.2026 1. Appellant along with learned Senior Advocate for the Appellant has appeared. 2. Respondent-Rakesh Kumar Babel appeared on behalf of the his mother as well along with learned Counsel, who has authority to settle the matter on behalf of the Respondents. 3. The parties agree on a settlement as under:- (i) That the Appellant shall vacate the property and hand over the vacant and peaceful possession to the Respondents/owner landlord on or before 31.10.2026. (ii) That the Respondents shall accept Rs.4 lakhs as the full and final settlement towards the mesne profits. This is a digitally signed order. (iv) That both the parties have entered into this agreement voluntarily and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the settlement. (v) That in case the Appellant fails to abide by the terms of the settlement then the Respondents shall be at liberty to take the possession through the execution and shall also be entitled to entire amount of mesne profits due under the decree. (vi) The money deposited by the Appellant under Section 27 Delhi Rent Control Act may be withdrawn or is already withdrawn by the Respondents. 4.
