1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to stop illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out at property bearing no.1281, Gali Goakhana, Gali Paewali, Punjabi Phatak, Ballimaran, Delhi-110006 (‘subject property’) without any sanctioned plan.
2. Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- MCD submits that earlier the subject property was booked in December,
2023. However, subsequently, in 2024, the construction being carried out in the subject property was regularized. Now, the construction stands completed. This is a digitally signed order. 3. The officials from respondent no.3/Delhi Police submit that the subject property has been inspected and there is no ongoing construction in the subject property.
4. There is nothing from the record to bear out the averments made in the writ petition that fourth and fifth floor are being constructed.
5. It appears that the present writ petition has been filed on account of disputes among neighbours.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
7. Pending applications stand disposed of.
